COTTESLOE, WA, AUSTRALIA, January 14, 2010 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Stanford Who's Who welcomes Dr. David Neck for his exceptional work in the field of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery. As a Doctor of Veterinary Care for Cottesloe Animal Hospital for the past 13 years, he has consistently demonstrated the passion and diligence required to be among the best.

Cottesloe Animal Hospital was established in 1954. They provide a number of services in the care of their clients' pets. They use state-of-the-art specialized equipment to care for their animal patients including a fibre-optic endoscope, neonatal humidicrib and electrocardiograph. They use the safest and most efficient form of gaseous anesthesia in surgical procedures and possess excellent radiological equipment for the quick diagnosis of problems.

The hospital also houses a pet shop at the facility. They stock the finest in healthy pet food as well as a variety of collars, toys, bowls, shampoos and conditioners. They also provide heated cages for temporary housing of their animal patients and a hydro-bathing service for the grooming of dogs.

Dr. Neck earned a Bachelor's Degree in Veterinary Medicine and Surgery at Murdoch University in 1992. From there he worked in a variety of practices before settling in at Cottesloe Animal Hospital in 1996.

David is the Vice President of the WA Division of the Australian Veterinary Association and the AVA Nominee to the Veterinary Surgeon's Board of WA. He also teaches and acts as a mentor to several new graduate veterinarians around the state and overseas.
